It’s a 5-minute walk to Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU ski resort.
We are conveniently situated at the base of the ski resort.
Equipped with a field that can be used for various kinds of sports in the summer,
this is an accommodation that allows you to experience “Niseko Hirafu.”

QWould it be okay to send my luggage in advance?
A Yes. No problem. Please state the dates of your stay when sending.
The delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions. Make sure to send it well in advance.

A Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please check out by 10:00 am.
Late check-out is available until 1:00 p.m. for a charge of 1,000 JPY per hour.
* Your request for late check-out may be declined depending on the occupancy. -
QCan I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?

QWhen visiting by train, where is the nearest station?
A JR Kutchan Station.
Hirafu Station is unstaffed, and there is no means of transportation from there.
Niseko Station is farther than Kutchan Station and the number of taxis is limited, so please get off at Kutchan Station. -
QDo you provide shuttle services to and from Kutchan Station?
A We do not provide shuttle services to and from Kutchan Station.
Please take a local bus or a taxi from Kutchan Station. -
QHow do I get there from New Chitose Airport?
A We recommend you to take a ski bus from New Chitose Airport to Hirafu Welcome Center.

QCan I rent skis?
A We do not offer a ski rental service at Koropokkuru.
There are many rental shops nearby Koropokkuru, and some of the rental shops located a little farther deliver skis to the hotel.

QDo you have a hot spring facility?
A We do not have one at Koropokkuru.
There are hot spring facilities you can visit to bathe in near Koropokkuru.
We provide information on those facilities at the front desk. -
QAre there restaurants nearby?
A Yes.
As an ID check is required at some restaurants, please make reservations by yourself.
Since restaurants are expected to be quite busy, we advise you to book early.
If you plan on taking a taxi or any other means of transportation to get to restaurants, it is also recommended to reserve one ahead of time.
